Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You agree not to upload data that you do not own or have permission to use, use our service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our AI systems, or resell our service without explicit written permission.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are estimates based on your data and industry benchmarks. They do not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions.
ProfitLeak AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
