We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process your business data to generate profit leak analyses, communicate with you about your account and our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell, trade, or share your business data with third parties. Uploaded files are processed and deleted after analysis is complete.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Analysis results are stored for 12 months by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@profitleak.ai.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and OpenAI for AI analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for these services to function.
